Kevin has lived in Manhattan Beach for over 44 years and has been selling beach properties for 32 years. He began his real estate career in 1989 with Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Services in West Los Angeles and then transitioned in 1991 to specializing in residential beach real estate. In addition to selling properties, Kevin managed a Manhattan Beach Real Estate office with over 80 agents for 12 years. His overall knowledge and experience of the Real Estate industry provides the special skills and resources necessary to succeed in today's marketplace.
