As we look back on 2025, it is a year that will always stand out as one of growth, gratitude, and reflection for our team at Pratt Beach Properties.
This year brought both joy and perspective. As we closed the chapter on 2025, we did so with full hearts, while also acknowledging the one year anniversary of the Palisades Fire and the Eaton Fire. These devastating events deeply impacted so many members of our greater Los Angeles community, and we continue to hold space for those who are still rebuilding and healing.
On a personal level, 2025 was filled with milestones that reminded us why balance and family matter so deeply. A wedding and a new baby brought immense joy and grounding moments that shaped the way we approached everything else this year. Those experiences reinforced the importance of home not just as a place, but as a foundation for life’s most meaningful chapters.
Professionally, 2025 was a year we are incredibly proud of. We closed over $58 million in sales, represented record breaking listings, and had the privilege of guiding many first time home buyers through the exciting and often emotional journey of purchasing their first home. Helping clients reach that milestone is one of the most rewarding parts of our work and continues to be a driving force behind everything we do.
We were honored to be recognized as top producers at Strand Hill, acknowledged by RealTrends Inc. and the Los Angeles Business Journal, and featured numerous times in The Real Deal. These recognitions are especially meaningful because they reflect the trust our clients place in us and the strength of the South Bay market we are proud to serve.
Throughout the year, the South Bay continued to prove why it remains one of the most desirable coastal communities in the country. Even amid shifting market conditions, lifestyle-driven demand, limited inventory, and a strong sense of community continued to support long term value across Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, and beyond.
